  • An ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and to reassess conflicting priorities to meet deadlines

What will be expected of you

Your progress will be monitored within a formal appraisal process, conducted at regular intervals by your line manager. A mentor will also be appointed to offer advice and support during the length of the programme. During the program, you will also be expected to complete both the IAQ and IMC examinations. Failure to complete these exams within a reasonable timeframe may endanger your continued programme participation.

While exam success and on the job achievement will be key to your progress, your enthusiasm and commitment will also be factored in to your overall performance.
